What is a Bulk Order? How do I qualify for a Bulk Order?
Bulk Orders are a special service for businesses or large groups. To be considered a Bulk Order, the quantity of ordered items must be more than 10 and cannot include sales, promotions or special collaboration items. Special discounts are available for qualifying orders. Please contact us at

#### How long does it take for a Bulk Order to be delivered from the time the request is submitted?
- Once the request is submitted, it will take approximately 3 business days to confirm the order is in stock.
- Once the order is confirmed, we will contact you with delivery details.
#### Are exchanges or refunds allowed for Bulk Orders?
- All items sold are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
- If the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
1) provide a receipt;
2) the item must be new and original with price tags and stickers attached.

All materials containing Turnrise and its logo, including text, information, graphics, logos, design, layout, downloads, pricing, products and services (collectively, the "Content"), are owned or licensed by Turnrise Brands. You may not reproduce, transmit, adapt, distribute, sell, modify, publish or store the Content or trademarks for any purpose without the written consent of Turnrise Brands or as permitted by law. Turnrise reserves all rights.
#### How to place a bulk order?
Please contact our bulk order team as follows:

2. Provide the following information:
- Shipping Address: The address where you can receive packages.
- Order Quantity: The number of items in the bulk order.
- Item: The model or name of the item being ordered.
- Contact Information: Email/Phone number to receive order information.
Upon receiving your request, we will confirm product inventory and contact you within 3 business days. Please note that we need to place the order on your behalf. To proceed, you will need to save your shipping address and credit card information to your Turnrise account, which can be done at https://turnraise.com/pages/contact-us
### Terms of Use
1. The Bulk Order Service (the "Service") is available to businesses or organizations for orders of $1,000 or more.
2. The Service is subject to different conditions than regular online store orders, as follows:
3. Parental consent is required for orders placed by persons under 18 years of age.
4. The Service accepts payments via PayPal.
5. Returns and exchanges are not accepted after delivery of the Service unless the product is defective.
6. Bulk orders are not accepted for items with limited store inventory, and orders containing such items may be cancelled.
7. Shipping is available only within the United States. If the shipping address is considered an international forwarding service provider, please let us know the address to obtain shipping costs.
